Peterson SEO's Subscriptions Terms & Agreement

General A-la-cart Service Subscription

General A-la-cart services are all monthly non-contracted services which include: SEO, Ads management, Social Media Management, Google Business Management, business consulting and Fractional COO/CFO services (if not in a term contract).

Subscription Fee: The monthly subscription fee varies by client and services selected, as per the original service agreement. The fees will be clearly outlined in each client's individual agreement.
Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt. Credit card or payment details must be held on file. Payments will automatically be applied to the invoice on the due date. Failure to make payments within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services, and non-payment within 30 days may lead to termination of the agreement.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice. If the cancellation is outside of the 30-day notice period, full payment for the next month is required and the client will receive services for that next month.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once payment has been made. All sales are final.
Intellectual Property Rights: All content created during the provision of services remains the intellectual property of the client. Peterson SEO only retains the rights to use this content for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.
Non-Disclosure Agreement: Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential, including business strategies, client data, and other proprietary information.
Limitation of Liability: Peterson SEO will not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or income, which may arise from the use of or inability to use our services. We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of our services.
Service Breakdown or Inaccuracies: While we strive to provide high-quality, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that our services will be free from errors or interruptions. Peterson SEO is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from such occurrences.
Changes to the Agreement: Peterson SEO reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email.

Domination Package & Term Contracted Subscriptions

Subscription Fee: The Domination Package is a term-contracted service spanning either 6 or 12 months, starting at $3,497 per month. The exact fees will be clearly outlined in each client's individual agreement.
Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt. A payment card must be held on file. All payments will be automatically processed on the billing date. Failure to make payments as per the agreement could result in the forfeiture of the website and deemed a cancellation of the contract, making the remaining balance of your contract fees due immediately.
Cancellation Policy: Contracts for the Domination Package are non-cancellable. It is agreed upon signing that the client is committed to the full term of the contract.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once payment has been made. All sales are final.

Custom Dashboard Subscription

Monthly Subscription: The client dashboard is a monthly subscription tool that has a subscription fee of $249 per month. Card or payment details will not be kept on file unless specifically requested.
Payment Terms: Clients will be billed monthly for the dashboard and are expected to make payment upon receipt. Payments not made within 7 days of the invoice due date will result in the suspension of dashboard access. Payments not received in full within 30 days will result in the termination of the account.
Cancellation Policy: Clients may choose to cancel their subscription at any time, provided that they do so before their next invoice due date. No refunds will be issued for any payments made. In the event of cancellation, clients will still have access to the dashboard until the end of their current billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Peterson SEO does not offer refunds for the client dashboard subscription. All sales are final.
Data Privacy: Peterson SEO is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' information. We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Liability: Peterson SEO will not be held liable for any damages, including loss of revenue or income, resulting from the use of our client dashboard tool. Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of their data and for maintaining backups.
Service Availability: While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, Peterson SEO cannot guarantee that access to the client dashboard will be available at all times. We reserve the right to conduct maintenance on the tool, which may result in temporary unavailability.
Changes to Terms: Peterson SEO reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email.
